Tom Ford Beauty Cherry Smoke Eyecolor Quad (90.00 for 0.35 oz. features the brand’s more traditional powder eyeshadow formula with two matte shades, one satin shade, and one more sparkly shade. The mattes were finely-milled and blendable, but the shimmers could have been better–obviously at this price point, this product needs to deliver exactly as you want it to in order to be “worth” it.
