L’Oreal Road Tripping Infallible Matte Resistance Liquid Lipstick It costs $13.99 for 0.17 oz. It is a medium-pink with warm undertones. Once it dries, the color becomes flat and matte.
- Fully opaque pigmentation on one layer
- Smooth, fluid, easy to spread
- Applied evenly; very tacky as it set (took about 1.5 minutes) – do not touch lips while setting!
- Long-lasting (6.5 hours is a good wear time, not 16, as advertised); slightly drying over time

The formula promises “bold colors” with “one easy swipe.” It is also supposed to last for 16-hours, have a matte powder finish, and feel lightweight. Once they are dry, they are matte, lightweight, and flexible. But, they are also lightly to moderately drying, and not all colors performed well. The lighter shades were thicker and heavier, took longer for them to dry, and did not perform as well after eating.
