The product was tightly packed in the jar. It was moist and emollient to touch. It did, in fact, feel like the “water-infused” product it was described as. It was opaque to semi-opaque when applied in one layer with the fingertips. The coverage is sheerer when applied by brush. After about six or seven hours, there was some light movement and travel. There was also some fallout around the eyes.
