ColourPop Super Cool Jelly Much Eyeshadow ($9.00 for 0.23 oz. It is a pale, cooler-toned White with blue-toteal shifting micro-sparkle.
- Semi-opaque pigmentation, one layer
- Water-like, wet and cool to the touch
- Instantly set, and then applied more like a cream to powder eyeshadow

* Note: There have been plenty of reports from readers that the packaging for this formula is not ideal and often leads to them drying out within six months, so keep that in mind. I have now put away all these shades and made a note on my calendar that I will check them every six months. I’ve told CP multiple times that I’d love to see this formula in a tube
