ColourPop Blue Velvet 9 – Pan Pressed Powder Palette $14.00 for 0.32 oz. Target’s new permanent blue color story. It included six matte colors, two shimmers and one pressed sparkle. Some shades had less coverage so you had to build it up. One shimmer was unusually thick and was more manageable with a fingertip. Although the mattes are blendable and easy to use, a primer is a good idea!
