Coloured Raine Rose Garden 6-Pan Pressed Pigment Palette ($16.00 per 0.32 oz. signaled the brand’s return to eyeshadow with a six-pan palette that included three shimmer shades and three matte shades. Although the formulas were good, I didn’t think they worked well together. The shimmers were noticeably thicker, more emollient, and less drying than the mattes.
